Position Overview:

We seek a Change Management Lead for a Major Technology Deployment. This is a multi-year opportunity, with a start-up in 2013.?We are seeking only canidates in the San Francisco Bay area for this position.

Responsibilities:

Introduction of GIS Geographic Information System technology to critical area of the business.
You will be a critical piece of a large team (vendor, consultants, clients, etc.) to prepare end-users and the business leaders for this deployment.
You will plan for this roll-out from a change?management perspective and work directly with clients and their stakeholders regularly to prepare for and implement the phased deployments.
This will be a fast-paced, highly matrixed team environment requiring both the ability to drive to the big picture, keep various players accountable and answer to many?end-user needs and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of consulting experience in a client delivery (or client-facing) role, preferably in a commercial or start-up environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently drive client projects.?
Proven experience to structure?and develop?deliverables (plan, roadshow presentations, business case for change, email communications, focus groups, etc.).
Familiarity with GIS or AutoCAD (design, drafting, architectural software) a plus.
Project management experience with a mixture of clients, vendors and independent consultants.
Desire and ability to roll up your sleeves and work in a team-based environment.
Strong relationship-building skills with experience navigating political landscapes.
Comfortable facilitating and driving discussions and teams with varying stakeholders and agendas.
Ability to explain change management and how it is applied with specific examples of tools/deliverables.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent written and presentation skills.
Strong client references required for consideration.
